Employment.

The Into Employment programme is a bespoke project run by SORM. Its goal is to get people into employment doing something they love.

Following the first years success, the program has just been re-funded until 2028. we are hopeful after this time that it will be reviewed and receive another extension.

Benjamin’s placement.

This is Benjamin, his placement was at city hall in Bradford.

On completion of Benjamin’s placement he was offered a full time job which he gladly accepted. Watch this video to see how he was getting during his placement.

Caitlin’s placement.

Caitlin’s placement was with the PFA team for Bradford Council. Throughout the process Caitlin came out of her shell and has become a completely different person.

Jazzmin’s placement.

Jazz’s placement was at Sedbergh leisure centre. Jazz made loads of friends and she loved the routine of having a job. Jazz became part of the promote the vote campaign and spoke in the House of Commons in front of an MP about what voting means to her.

On completion of Jazzmin’s placement she was offered a part time job which she accepted.
